My Story

(just in case you’re interested in how I got here)

In 1994, having qualified from University and working in Finance Administration in the Manufacturing Industry for 3 years, I left Ireland to travel extensively across Africa, South America, Central America, USA, and Canada. For many, this is a trip of a lifetime. It was for me! It was also the beginning of my love affair with travel and experiencing other cultures.

My return to Ireland in 2000 instigated my involvement in training and development. While working as an Office Manager, I went to college in the evenings and began my training experience part-time.

After a few years of working for others in a 9-5 environment (well it was more like 8-6), I felt I needed some direction in my life. In 2004, I developed my training experience further and left the comforts of employee-ship to become a Training Contractor. I also came across Life Coaching in 2004. This proved to be the catalyst of many great happenings for me.

I qualified in Personal and Business Coaching to pursue my passion for positive change. In 2007, I set up a Training and Coaching business in Ireland where I moved into providing remote training and coaching sessions. It was wonderful to work again with different nationalities and cultures, despite certain language barriers. Designing and facilitating workshops for small business owners around Ireland were empowering experiences.

My passion and interest in people has stemmed from a long career in Training and Developing people out of and beyond their comfort zones. I advanced my Coaching skills in the areas of Career Coaching. I developed a coaching practice in my home, to accommodate personal clients looking to improve their personal relationships, work prospects, or explore business possibilities.

In 2013, I left my homeland again to live in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the SW of France, and another new chapter in my life began. I have now changed the way I work to be more in line with my lifestyle, hence my move into the virtual world.

I work with business owners like you, to develop the crucial aspects of your business and enhance your personal & professional effectiveness. My aim is work/life integration. It is also my wish for you and the success of your business.
